Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start a Return

Reason for return
Once your request is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the return address.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send a photo of the item and packaging to ceo@thenuvora.co.uk and we’ll replace or refund it right away — at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or card issuer).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on:
